Okay, Let's See...
O.J. Simpson? Check.
Robert Blake? Check.
Michael Jackson? ...Check.
Am I missing anyone? Let me know. And I dearly hope that all of the far-right neo-con die-hards are taking note that a bunch of us filthy, intellectual, godless, baby-killing liberals aren't thrilled about this either, but somehow, I'm sure we'll be the ones blamed for Peter Pan flying back to the ranch.
Beat it, Michael. Just beat it.

Get off the cross already
Mom, is that you?
OJ had enough reasonable doubt
Blake was guilty
MJ... the sick fucker is a wreck anyway and now kids'll stay away
"OJ had enough reasonable doubt"
Where were you when they found him guilty in the civil suit?
Civil juries look at evidence not at reasonable doubt
Civil juries weigh by probability, they have a much lower threshold for someone to be found guilty. If they think there's a 51% chance you did it, they can return a guilty verdict. A criminal trial, they can't do that. So OJ got off, perhaps partly because it was the first "celebrity super-trial". You'll notice that the MJ trial by comparison was run quite smoothly with a relative minimum of court room shenannigans.
That said, amusingly, the revered jesse jackson, who always manages to crop up somehow, has stated that michael has learnt from this trial and is aware that sharing his bed with young boys is a bad idea, and will not be "indulging" in this habit in the near or distant future.
Let's pray.
