Scott McCloud says he finds Zot! somewhat embarrassing now, but I still think it's a great work - especially, of course, the last nine issues or so.
A bunch of us are going to see Scott tonight (the 7th) down at IUPUI in Indianapolis. The problem is I don't own his books, I first read them out of the library. It should still be fun though.

Lee, Scott's talk was really excellent. It's basically a summation of his books in about an hour and a half. If you haven't read his books before hand, it won't take away from his lecture at all; I think you'll like even more if you don't know what's coming.
It was awesome, not that I ever really doubted it would be.
And he signed my book! *nerd*
Scott also talked about his upcoming graphic novel. It was a good night.
